Shira Bernholtz has been practicing law since 1982 and joined our team in 1988. Shira has extensive experience in many areas of the law, however, since 2000 she has worked with our team in the areas of personal injury, disability insurance and motor vehicle litigation. Shira is one of our Client Service Lawyers, which shows our commitment to providing top-quality client service to our clients. She is available to handle client enquiries and to ensure that all client questions and concerns are responded to as quickly as possible. In addition, she consults with the firm’s other disability lawyers to provide the most up-to-date information, reporting back on the progress and concerns of clients. Shira also assists our legal team in preparing documents for submission to mediation, courts, and tribunals.

Shira enjoys reading magazines and doing crossword puzzles in her spare time. She speaks Yiddish and always aims to be a “mensch” (a Yiddish word meaning good person).

Janice Grevler has been practicing law in Ontario since 2002. Janice joined Share Lawyers in 2008, after having practiced personal injury litigation in a full-service law firm since her call to the Bar. Janice received her BA (in Psychology) with distinction from the University of Western Ontario. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. Janice has significant experience representing Plaintiffs in all stages of litigation (from initial consultations to examinations for discovery to mediations and trials). She has written extensively on a variety of topics related to personal injury and disability law. As a Client Services Lawyer at Share Lawyers, Janice ensures that clients’ questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Janice is committed to vigorously advancing our clients’ rights, with compassion and dedication.

Adam also offers oversight and guidance in terms of marketing and financial decisions and firm projects and initiatives and oversees the management of various Teams here at Share Lawyers. Having gained a great deal of experience as a litigator in the UK where he advised in relation to a wide range of personal injury legal matters and gained a respected reputation in the area of personal injury law dealing with cases on behalf of Plaintiffs (including for clients had been left with serious and lifelong conditions), Adam also works alongside the Intake and Client Services Teams at Share Lawyers, speaking to new and existing clients of the firm, as he enjoys connecting with clients and helping them in any way he can, at what can often be the most difficult time in their lives.

Adam has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from The Open University, UK and studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys travelling, music, and learning about history.

Shoshana was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. She joined Share Lawyers in 2016 after working as a consultant and legal counsel for the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where she received the Excelsior Award for Outstanding Achievement. Shoshana has a keen interest in health law and was a Council member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario focusing on discipline and patient relations. Shoshana received her BA (Psychology) with Merit from York University and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with her LL.B. Shoshana handles client intakes, client services, and CPP matters (when related to long term disability claims). She enjoys using her psychology background to provide empathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable advice to clients to make the lawsuit process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

In her free time, Shoshana enjoys playing piano, reading books, and taking long walks.
